Just in time for the holidays, I’m excited to announce a new series on the blog per your requests as readers! I have been getting DMs and emails from you asking for more links to some of my favorite content: my ClassPass articles, hacks you need to know about before they hit the mass media, etc. Say hello to my Thursday Tips & Tricks series, packing with everything from beauty, new music drops, and of course, fashion hacks.
Did you know Cardi B dropped her new single this week? Find it on my Fall Playlist here!
Gametime. The app, not an event. Quit overspending on tickets to concerts and sporting games, or dealing with major shade on Craigslist. Gametime is the one stop shop for all last minute ticket buyers, making it easy and affordable to attend your favorite shows! I’ve been using it since their startup days in San Francisco.
Blair Eadie released her collaboration with Halogen via Nordstrom this week, and there are a few pieces that make great investments IMO. These pieces are not only timeless but totally fun!
Fellow sneaker heads: Did you know you can purchase sold out sneakers and other hard to get streetwear items on StockX? I love my Yeezys, but the drop times aren’t always conducive to a busy full-time work schedule. I recommend signing up and stalking Off-White for Virgil’s upcoming collaboration with IKEA for rugs. It’s gonna sell out, and it beats standing in line at your local store.
#NOTSPONSORED: Rent The Runway’s Unlimited subscription has saved me over $10,000 on clothing. Instead of buying the current season’s designer pieces, I’ve rented over 80 pieces in my last six months as a member. Especially when it comes to handbags and coats. Storage in New York is limited, and this winter, I’ll be trading my jackets out as often as I change my makeup. Sign up here for either the Reserve or Unlimited subscription, and watch your savings account grow! Plans are either $69 or $159 monthly. That’s less than I’m sure you spend a month on cheap, fast fashion that unravels in less than two months or doesn’t sell on consignment. Say goodbye to sunk costs!
Calling all Sephora Rouge-ies!! Starting tomorrow, you’ll get 20% off in store and online all weekend (and next weekend), using code ROUGEBONUS.
If you missed my post on keeping your beauty in the fridge, find it here! This trend is now in full swing. If you’re looking to level up your beauty skills to see better results, its a must read.
Facial rollers are one of the easiest (and cheapest) ways to contour your face and make yourself look slimmer. I know it may sound like a total f*cking hoax, but hear me out. It’s all about the form/strategy. I personally pair mine with serums, as you’ll see better results since all the serum will be pressed into your pores and not soak into your fingertips. For extra credit, sleep propped up and on your back to avoid wrinkles and puffiness in the morning.
I write content monthly for the ClassPass blog, and you can find all sorts of tips/motivation for every way you work out. Check out my articles here!
