Let’s talk about breakfast for a minute. Insert that Mean Girls meme with every girl with her hand in the air: guilty as charged, most of us skip it. Sound about right? You don’t have “time,” not hungry yet, blah: yeah, I’ve heard it all. What if I told you that you can make a meal and drink in 5 minutes that will build you a brighter skin tone AND tone you up? Yes, the literal beauty breakfast people: it’s totally fucking possible. Believe your eyes: it’s all shit you probably have crammed in your kitchen cabinet.
Beauty For Breakfast Menu
The “Sorry, Not Sorry” Protein Pancake
Cue the Demi Lovato tune, peeps. Whether you’re looking for a revenge body or just to feel great, make this in the morning. This is the easiest shit in the world to make, and it’s a beauty breakfast blowtorch to greatness. Mix it all with a whisk and throw on the griddle/pan:
1 scoop of plant-based protein powder (I mix it half/half with this)
1 scoop of unflavored collagen powder
1 egg or 3 TBSP of egg whites
1 Tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
The East Coast Green Juice
New Yorkers don’t have time for anything, much less breakfast. If they do, it’s off a cart. Same for the time-consuming BS of juicing shit. Especially if you’re a tech or Wall Street type: bc fuck that. Drop your Starbucks cap or celery juice. Instead, drop one of these tablets/capsules in a glass, sprinkle some collagen, and you’re d-effing-done. Like 15 cups of broccoli or 6 cups of spinach. Plus caffeine. In one serving. Let’s fucking GO.
1 scoop of collagen powder
1 8Greens Tablet
1 Korean Red Ginseng Extract packet
8 oz Essentia filtered water
(add a pack of Emergen-c in Raspberry if you’re feeling under the weather)
I’m serious people. Beauty for breakfast, BABY. 5 minutes, maybe 10 max for your first time. I’m full enough until lunch (eat 2 or put greek yogurt on top). I even up the anty by prepping it on Sunday nights in a squeeze bottle for the whole week. I have saved $75 a month on eating out during work. Who’s up for the switch? Let’s do this.
